Amelia Malcolm's upbringing took place in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where her interest in real estate blossomed as she worked alongside her father, a general contractor. During this period, she not only acquired technical skills in carpentry, demolition, masonry, and fine finish work but also learned how to seamlessly integrate these skills with her burgeoning passion for design and marketing.

She is a graduate of the Kogod School of Business at American University, holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in residential real estate. During her tenure at American University, she had the unique opportunity to study abroad in Rome, Italy, where she visited 10 different European countries. This experience allowed her to delve into architecture, art, and composition through a variety of craftsmanship and design-interpretation courses.

Amelia has been a licensed real estate professional in DC for three years, and throughout her career, she has consistently brought creativity, accountability, and professionalism to her work. She is elated to be joining Ritzert Weiss Partners.
